“one when I hookup the cable only the local host (old computer) shows on my screen ,,the remote host (new computer) is not shown,, How can I correct this problem”

hook up the new computer first and install the software there

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To be able to see both computers in the software you will need to have the software open on both computers. If its not opening on a windows computer, you can go into "My computer" and open up the easysuite software. On a MAC you can click the easysuite icon on your desktop. Once it is open on both computers you should see both the local host and remote host on both computers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.they show up on opposite computers. the host pops up on the remote and the remote pops up on the host screen. that way you can easily look through each computer and click and drag to where you want files to go. i hope this helps.
