Actually no,(I tried it for fun).VGA was what computers always used to connect to the RBG displays,(monitors). I have 2 computers hooked to my smart TV right now. The old XP is using the singe VGA connection on the TV.. My newer Win 10 computer has VGA and 2 "display ports". I researched this and found that you really want to use the HDMI ports for your computer and video's,(I have plenty of videos on my computer as well). You can get a conversion cable to run from VGA or display ports to the HDMI connections on your TV. The only issue I found was that since Display port and HDMI are much better picture clarity, I had to play with the display settings on the computer to fit the TV screen size. I guess the computer thought I had a bigger TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
