QuestionThe link sent by Insignia refers to the set up guide which I have. It does say windows 10 supported but it still does not which is consistent with the email I received from Insignia support. Frustrating to get "yes" and "no" answers with no solution.

- Answer My laptop has limited ports, only USB. I purchased an adapter, USB to ethernet, to add an ethernet port and connect to a wired connection. Adapter available at Best Buy on-line or visit your Best Buy store and ask a Blue Shirt for Assistance.
