Does it have HDR10? Dolby Vision? null

This TV DOES have HDR10 but it does not have Dolby Vision. Best Buy has started listing HDR as not in the specifications of almost all lower-end TV models from all brands. It is deceiving and something they should not be allowed to do, in my opinion, as it is steering some customers to costlier models. According to their buying guide relations to HDR, they say a TV does not have it if it does not significantly raise the picture quality. Make your own opinion but I think it's wrong.
