“Is there only one built-in pressure and temperature setting, or does each function have it's own programmed pressure and temperature setting? I realize that when using the manual settings you can't control either function.”

It's always set to high pressure. You can adjust the timer.

You can also adjust the time on the cooking or go completely at your own amount of time or do slow cooking. Highly recommend this machine to someone who wants to cook something quickly and completely, or just plug it in in the morning and come home to a cooked meal that is still hot.
