• Yes in any country that uses the 120 electric voltage system as the US if not use an electrical adapter/transformer. But basically with the proper adapters and/or transformers, you can use this and most appliances in almost any country. Adapters and transformers are small electrical components and they're fairly cheap. You can find them in some stores and online for sure.

• This is a hard question to answer. If your electric plug is like that In the US, then yes. I would not feel comfortable using a converter.

• It should but you may have to buy a travel adaptor kit. It has different plug adaptors that drop 220 volts to 110 volts.
