Is this also a rice cooker ? How many cups capacity ?? null

Yes, it can cook rice. I think at least 5 cups of rice. I cook 3 cups of rice with 6 chicken drumsticks or thighs in it. And that is only half of the pot.

Yes I have made rice many times. There is a rice button. Just use the recommended cups to water ratio found on the rice packaging.
