“A lot of pressure cooker recipes (ie. Instant Pot) call for use of the MANUAL setting on either HIGH or LOW for a certain amount of time. I don’t see a manual setting on the Insignia Pot. What are you supposed to do?”

• Manuel setting is on the left side in the black area above the warm setting. Then just add the amount of time you want by using the plus or minus setting.
