Yes you can. I’m still experimenting but home made yogurt is so much better than store bought and already what I’ve made in my instant pot is far superior to what I made in a yogurt maker my daughter gave me as a gift several years ago. I think I just let it strain too long and ended up with it being too thick. Quite frankly, I forgot it was out in our cool attached garage. I ate it anyway. More like cream cheese. Yum.
