Yes. Essentially you are making KFC-style broasted chicken. Far superior to regular fried chicken.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Pour cooking oil into the inner pot, then put the inner pot into your cooker. 2. Press Sear/Sauté , then press Start or wait 10 seconds. 3. Let your cooker preheat for about one to two minutes. 4. Put the food into the hot oil using suitable utensils, then let the food brown evenly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly i never have tried oil in it yet, but it do have an option of saute if you want for chicken or veggies. Also it has mentioned that it’s not recommended to use oil when you want to cook under pressure, if you wana use it at warm mode then it’s ok.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, Get a misting spray bottle and spritz the chicken pieces.. thoroughly ... it should end up delicious and crispy... Any spray oils, like olive oil spray, or butter flavor oil sprays in the oil section... will work... Another, thing I do .. I dip the pieces in mayo and then coat with flower... the Mayo acts as the oil and will also, make it crispy... Good Luck
