For Perfect hard boiled eggs, use rack, steam 5 mins, turn off / unplug to cool 5 mins., release pressure remove eggs and put in ice water for 5 mins., tap one end on hard surface then the other, roll the egg between the palms of your hands and the shell will fall away.

I once forgot them for about 4 hours and ended up with Korean Sauna Eggs. After 4 hours, without having pushed cancel or anything, they were hot enough to not spoil.
