I put in 4 cups rice last week and the appropriate amount of broth (can't remember what my cookbook said - maybe 1 cup to 1 cup) and it came out fine. Be sure to rinse and rinse and rinse the rice first before cooking it to reduce the gumminess and clean it up. It also is fluffier if rinsed before cooking. Use liquid/rice proportions as if doing stovetop and things come out ok. You just can't put the combo of things in to exceed the recommended limit shown on the line inside the pot and referenced in the instruction manual available from BB's website page about the cooker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The item can cook 24 cups of rice.
