Setting the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for 0 Minute (Pressing “Manual/Pressure Cook” Button, then adjust to “0” minute) means the Instant Pot will get up to pressure, then immediately switches off. So set your time to the lowest time possible then after it has build pressure shut it off/cancel.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have found the same thing. Unlike the Instant Pot which does have a 0 minute setting, this goes from 1 minute and then back up to the max. The workaround is once it reaches pressure to shut it off and release the pressure. Unfortunately, this requires keeping an eye on it rather than depending upon beeps, but for me, it's a minor inconvenience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must be reading the recipe directions wrong. The cooker works by heating the contents, then when under pressure times down the preset time. So there is no way that it would work set at 0. I've had my pressure cooker for more than a year and the shortest time that I have ever used is 3 minutes. I have also had recipes that had you brown or precook an item first which is done with the lid off and the time set to what ever you want as when this step is done you just reset to the recipe time when finished browning/precooking and put the rest of the contents in, put the cover on and start the cooker again.
