Can you make yogurt in this pot? null

I've read that some say yogurt has to cook at low pressure for a certain amount of time then cooked with high pressure. If this is true then NO you can't make yogurt as this Insignia only uses high pressure

There is no low setting on this machine, so it is not really a viable option.
