“Unit has been plugged in for 24 hours but still above freezing (No items in the freezer yet). Placed on 'Recommended' cold setting for 12 hours and 'Coldest" for 12 hours; still around 45 degrees in freezer. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue?”
