A:AnswerIf you will read the Owner's Manual included with the appliance, you will see that you should NOT use an extension cord with this appliance. If your cord is too short to reach the nearest outlet, the Manual says you need an electrician to install a new outlet that you can plug directly into.
A:AnswerIf you read the Owner's Manual included with the appliance, you will see where it tells you the specific range of temperatures that the appliance will tolerate. I don't remember the exact temperatures, but I live in New York and we get very cold and very hot weather, and the appliance will operate properly within that range for me.
A:AnswerI'd like to know the answer too.
I don't have time to call, and the manual is confusing- that part needs better pics and instructions.
Wished you would have just answered the question here.
A:AnswerIt seems like this is a common complaint with the freezer. My shelves stay stable, but I agree that a small shift to the side looks dangerous. Another review recommended getting weather stripping for the sides of the shelves to make them fit better; I might do that for my own peace of mind.
A:AnswerIt takes none unless there is a leak in the refrigerant system. Do you think everyone has to charge the unit when they get it? It is ready to go!
A:AnswerThis unit has a traditional compressor and the running current is 1.5 A.
If you have questions about power or grounding, please contact a certified electrician.
A:AnswerI’m sorry I cannot answer your question and I’d like to point out that I am having the same issue but I’ve noticed if I don’t push it all the way shut hard I can open it much easier. This has to be some kind of manufacturing defect and it’s disappointing.
