QuestionHpw can I increase the volume?With the volume level full up, I can barely hear the sound. Even when wearing earphones. It's brand new. I just got it as a Christmas present.

QuestionVoltageSince voltage in US is 110 v I am sure the adapter that comes with the player cannot be used in India where the voltage is 230 v. My question is if I get a suitable adapter in India with a 230 v input and 9 to 12 v output can I use this player in India
