QuestionIs this tablet capable of picking up a strong Wi-Fi signal when used outside? I had difficulties with a Kindle not being able to pick up a wi-fi signal, where an Ipad could easily.

- Answer If you have chromecast or similar dongle it will work. I do not believe it supports Samsung's screen mirror technology however.

QuestionI bought this xmas 2015 for my brother to take on trips to read books or to look up info on trips. He told me last wk that it stopped working a month after he got it. Said it won't come on. Any solutions?

- Answer Make sure the tablet is fully charged. Feel the transformer when it is plugged into the tablet. If it is not warm...it most likely has failed. Any 5V 2amp USB charger will work to charge the tablet. Use the cord included with the tablet. If it doesn't charge with a different transformer, try using a different cable of the same type. Charge overnight. Hold the power key for at least 30 seconds and see if it boots up (release if it starts booting). If not, I've found that holding it for 3-5 seconds, waiting, repeat and repeat, will get it working. Make sure you are not pressing the volume key at the same time, accidentally with your hand Good luck.

- Answer Yes. While it is not the powerful of tables out there, it can play most any casual game with relative ease. Performance is great for the price point.
