A:AnswerDid you charge it fully when you first bought it? The charger has 4 blue lights that all light up when the device is fully charged. As it charges, the led lights flash to let you know how much battery life it currently has. The manufacturer recommends charging it a full 8 hours before first use, but when I realized mine already had 3/4 power, I started using it right away. Once that initial juice was used up, it seemed to stop holding a charge until I let it charge overnight. It's been charging great since then...
