  • QuestionWhat is the best swivel wall mount?

    Asked by Dave.

    • Answer I do not have a swivel mount for this TV because it is so large. But it hangs of the mount I used for my 70", no problem. For its size, it is fairly 'lightweight.'

  • Questionwhat type of sound bar would be best with this TV?

    Asked by DALLAS.

    • Answer It depends on the quality of the sound bar. Talk to a tech selling them; quality varies. The sound of the TV itself is OK, but not "crisp," it has a fair amount of base. I would not choose a low-end sound bar, as you will be disappointed. If you have a large 85" TV you want a good quality sound bar to match. I do not have a sound bar, and the sound is OK. I would like to get a good sound bar in future to complete the theater effect. Hope this helps a bit.

  • QuestionCan you connect from a laptop to this TV wirelessly?

  • Questionis installation free of charge?

    Asked by DALLAS.

    • Answer I bought mine at Best Buy and purchased a 5 yr warranty with free Geek squad assistance ($130) I would recommend that because some people have questions about the quality of the parts inside the TV. I believe, with that purchase, you get free installation. You will have to ask the store when you are buying it.

  • QuestionYou pay for what you get

    Asked by QualityOverQuantity.

    • Answer That is true about paying for quality. I was cautioned about this TV because they said the parts are sourced from various facilities so the 'quality' cannot be guaranteed. Some quit after 2 years, some live on. However, TVs evolve quickly and your $1800 85" a few years ago is now much cheaper. My unit has excellent picture quality which surprised me, as I thought as you do. To overcome the worry of the TV breaking down after 2 years, I purchased a 5-yr warranty at time of sale, which will probably outlast the TV, so I will get another under warranty. The warranty cost me $130 for 5 yrs. I got the TV on a Black Friday deal for $550. Go figure, eh? That long warranty removes any worries I may have and any hesitancy to buy it. It's great if you are a sports fan and watch games. I use mine primarily as my laptop's monitor, plugged into the TV via HDMI cable and then use a wireless keyboard and mouse, and sit 7 feet away; TV viewing is simply a bonus, but the picture quality is fine.

  • QuestionWhat's the native refresh rate?

    Asked by JacksonSavvy.

    • Answer I'm not sure about the refresh rate, but it gives a great picture and no disappointing glitches. I am very pleased with it. I would recommend purchasing the 5-yr warranty at time of sale. That will reduce your worry considerably.

  • QuestionDoes it have Picture in Picture?

    • Answer I believe it does. I just don't use it.

  • QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the box it comes in?

    Asked by Box.

    • Answer Goodness. The TV itself on the wall is 43" high, 73" across and about 4" deep. The box is slightly larger than that. It's a big box but they have hand holds. Ask at the store how to remove the TV from the box. It's quite different. You have to ask them how to do it.

  • QuestionHas anyone had issues with downloading app like Disney+ and Netflix? I keep getting Queued but nothing is happening. Frustrating and may be going back.

    Asked by Mel.

    • Answer I never had any problems downloading those apps. If you bought a 2- or 5-yr warranty, they offer free help at Best Buy (that's where I bought mine)

  • Questionwhat's the weight on this tv?

    Asked by JohnWick.

    • Answer I never weighed the TV, but it's surprisingly light for its size. You will need 2 people to move it into place, for safety's sake. But it's not massively heavy. I'm in my 70's and my friend and I who is almost my age, had no problem lifting it.
