There is no remote control, and that should really be included, in my way of thinking.

No, there was no remote. My 7 year old grandson operated the DVD player by just pushing the buttons as he leaned forward from his car seat.

No included remote. That is the only downside I've found. But really, most people will loose the remote anyway.
