Then, plug it back in and press and hold the Down button for 15 to 30 seconds—this often triggers a reset sequence where the desk lowers slightly and then stops. If nothing happens, check that the power adapter is securely connected and try a different outlet to rule out power issues. Also, inspect the cables under the desk to ensure all motor and control box connections are firmly in place. It’s a good idea to remove any heavy items from the desktop to reduce strain during reset attempts. If the desk still doesn’t respond, try a full power cycle by unplugging it again, holding the Down button for 10 seconds while unplugged, then plugging it back in and attempting the reset once more.
