• really anything big and metal. most times the side of the pc case or a anti static mat if you happen to have one.

• The frame of the computer is the easiest go-to place. The ultimate preferred place would be the frame a power supply unit that is plugged in but switched off. I just used the frame of my metal computer case. Just needs some sort of grounding point.
