Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had mine long enough but I would take it into Best Buy if you can. If not I would call the online number before the end of your warranty. My local Best Buy stores are great and I prefer dealing with them but I realize that is not always convenient. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have exchanged like-for-like at Best Buy when this happens. Simply take in your receipt and your broken cord within a year of purchase and they will swap it out. I currently have one that needs to be replaced for the same reason, but I’ve somehow misplaced the receipt. I’m hoping that pulling it up on my Best Buy account and showing them will be sufficient.
