“will this work with a mount as well? I have the xbox mounted on the wall behind the tv so it would need to fit over the metal of the mount”

• Not sure. But, I think it may affect how you xbox fits in the wall mount since it attaches on the right side of the xbox.

• Yes it should. It fits directly within the socket of the xbox. As long as space exist along the side of the xbox, this device will plug in without a problem.
