• when it ask you for your pin. try putting in 0000. If I remember correctly it was four digits. Then go to setting and reset your pin

• I don't know why it's asking for a PIN number. But you might want to try to reset the box to original factory setting. Remote Control => Menu => Setting Configuration => System Reset - Return system to factory setting.

• Usually if it asks for a pin you would put in 0000
