• On the remote control for the Insignia Digital TV Converter there is a "CC" (Closed Caption) button. Keep pressing the "CC" button and select one of the seven CAPTIONING Service options (OFF, 1 Eng, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). These options will appear on your TV screen.
