• yes, go to on screen menu in settings, then antenna, one bar for signal and one for quality for model ns-dxa2 converter

• Unfortunately no, this converter box does not show the signal strength per channel. When you want to add channels you have to do an entire channel search that will search all channels for signal, you can however skip individual channels once the scan is complete.
