• You can change the "Power" setting on this digital converter box. Remote Control => "Menu" button ==> Select "Setting- Configuration" ==> Select "Power Saver - Turn off power automatically" - You have 4 different power selections. See Pixs.

• The digital converter box actually has an energy saving function built in to save on power usage.

• If you do not have the sleep time turned on and it is still powering off, then the unit is probably malfunctioning. The device does have a 1 year warranty that is fulfilled at your local Best Buy. If there are any issues, please call us at 877-467-4289 for assistance.
