• I don't think so, however I don't believe that the insignia dock will brick your switch, so you don't have to worry about that

• It will not brick the switch, it uses the correct USB-C PD power profile. The docks that had issues were from companies not using the correct USB-C specs.

• They will not. This is not a "licensed" product by Nintendo although it's compatible. It's a use at your own risk. It's very rare for something to happen though. I've used Insignia products for a longtime
