Heated surface is 20" W x 10" D, but add one inch to D and two to W to include housing, or complete unit. Of coursing, the electrical attachment extends out of corner about another inch and a half. Finally, the unit stands almost three inches in height on a flat, level surface. (Special Notes: Instead of length x width x depth, I refer to W=width, D=depth as there is no practical L=length to this appliance.)
