• No it will not, maybe if you put it by a window??

• Yes, but not the best possible tool. Get the right tool for the job. It will pick up signals outside tv parameters but FM signal are a little lower.

• Unfortunately no, this antenna is specifically designed for accepting over the air broadcast TV and has never been tested for picking up FM radio.
