A:Answer No, this is a TV issue. Check all your hook up points. Make sure nothing is bent where you plug items in. Otherwise i would say sometging internally of the TV is broken or not recieving the video part of the transmission.
The other possibility is that if you switched devices to say a video game console or some other input device, its not transmitting a picture to the TV. If you have devices plugged into it, unplug them and try turning the TV off for about 30 seconds, then on again. If that doesn't work, I would say depending on its age, see if the warranty is still good and take it in fir a repair/diagnostic service.
