• No, it does not have parental controls built into the tablet. There are apps, that are capable of adding parental controls to the tablet, available in the Google Play store.

• Under Google play,u can manage apps and also create a Google account with parental controls.

• Just like any tablet there are certain controls that you can set in apps, but as far as tablet wide parental controls, I haven't found any yet. Per app controls are more specific to needs I think.
