gshock cant be turned off but the sensitivity can be lowered. autoshut off cant be turned off. about 70 hours. its more than enough
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know if the g- sensor can be turned off; however, the automatic shutoff after 5min is an incomplete statement. It's the screen only that turns off after 5 min, but it continues to record until the power supply is turned off, in my case the vehicle (mine is plugged in all the time.) My 128gb card holds several days of travel and that is anywhere from 70-100 miles in a day on top of sitting with the engine running. I left it to record in 3 min segment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can disable the G sensor function pretty easily in the menus. In fact it might be off by default if memory serves. Not sure about the auto shutoff. I've seen setups for higher end dash cams that use a portable battery to run the camera for an extended time after the car is shut off. Perhaps that would work with the M1. Recordings at highest quality use 90MB per minute.
