“I have this dash cam and when I try to view the files, everything that was stored in the Emergency file gives me a playback error on every device I try to view it on. Has anyone else had this issue? Most of the videos in the regular files show up fine.”

• I have the same and it was installed by Best Buy and what I did was that I moved the files off of the Micro SD card and move it to your computer and watch it there. I have the 256 GB Micro SD A1 V30 card which works real well.
