You can't buy a replacement. I dealt with them via email and they do not sell the mount separately. I purchased 3 different after market mounts hoping they would work with no luck. You might be able to buy one that is a close fit and make it work. That's what I tried to do but broke the after market one trying to modify it. So I gave up. Not sure how long you have owned this camera but the mount melts in the heat as well. The suction cup melts and turns into a sticky mess in the summertime and will Drip on your dash.
