“I noticed that my dashcam only records for 23 seconds and then it cuts out for the remainder of the 2 minutes and 37 seconds before starting the loop again while I am driving. I am driving locally so there's lots of motion changes. What's the remedy?”

Try formatting the SD card using the camera's built in 'reset' setting, or just try another SD card.

You can select 1 min, 3 mins, or 5 mins. When the memory card is full, your dash cam deletes the oldest recordings to make room for new recordings.
