DOES THE SUCKET FALLS IN THE HEAT FROM SUN null

Mine failed after about 2 years in the Southern California sun. So far Insignia doesn't seem to offer a replacement suction cup, so you're on your own after that.

I know once we placed it in the window it is stood through the heat and cold excellent camera

Nope have it in my semi truck and doesn't move at all from sun or potholes.

The suction cup should withstand the heat from the sun.
