i can not format my camera, and will not record null

Did you insert the Micro Sd Card. If card is inserted should record. If not pull the memory card out check in another device and make sure it's not the memory card failing. If card is fine reinsert it and got to menu then scroll down to Format and allow card to format. You can only use a 32GB card. Over that may not be subtle for camera. Let me know if this works for you.

It has to be plugged in and then you use the menu button on the unit to find the format button. This dash cam comes with a minimum of instructions.
