Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t had my dashcam as long as you but I’ve had the problem you describe since it was installed. The internal battery doesn’t seem to hold a charge or your custom settings (especially date and time) unless the car is driven every day. I bring mine inside every night and plug it into my wall charger... which is a nuisance.
