- Answer It can ruin the battery of the dashcam. It shouldn’t run your battery to your vehicle down. Unless you leave it on for a week.

- Answer No. It turns off when the car is off. That is the "Parking Mode" you are looking for. That's included in the Thinkware F800 or BlackVue dash cams. They require the wire to directly connect to your fuse box. I have an recommend the Think F800 Pro dash cam. More expensive but worth it.

QuestionHow do I use the motion sensing feature?Whenever i turn the feature on, it gets turned off next time when I restart my car. Does the dash cam need to have connection to power even when the car is turned off to be able to use this motion sensing feature?

- Answer Yes. Power has to be on. Direct cigarette lighter like some pick ups have. Be careful in hi heat and windows closed.

Question1) What is the maximum size SD card you can use? 2) Will the camera write over the stored data or will the card stored video need to be cleared frequently? 3) As far as the user app, is there any concerns connecting to an Android phone? WIFI required?

- Answer Card is 64 gigs. It does look but stores in five minute segments. I drove from Arizona to California over six hours and it recorded all of it.

- Answer The camera will automatically overwrite the oldest files on the card, so no need to format the card. If you need older files for whatever reason, be sure to transfer them off before they get erased.

QuestionSay I get pulled over at the 5 second mark, right after the recording looped over. If I hit the save button at the 5 second mark, will it also save the previous recording?

- Answer Greetings, Thanks for posting your question. If you get pulled over and have a microSD card inserted, when it begins to loop over again you do not have to intentionally save the video. The video will automatically be saved inside of the microSD card for you to review. If you intentionally save the video, this prevents the Dash Camera from automatically deleting the clip to make room for more recordings.

- Answer If you have it set on your settings. Then it’ll automatically start recording the hit. You have to have your cam on unless there is an automatic turn on when there is a bump of your vehicle

- Answer Yes, it doesn't seem to loop over itself every 5 minutes, it creates 5 minute segments (at least that is what I have found.)

- Answer Did you insert a micro sd card? Maybe take the Micro sd card out and unplug power supply from device. Then reinsert micro SD and power supply to complete a entire device reset.
