Each is 20 inches wide, 6 inches tall, and 14-1/2 inches deep. You can increase the height by another inch and a half if you leave off the trim piece under the top, which I considered doing and doesn't appear to have much effect on the overall integrity of the stand. I'd advise measuring your equipment and taking your tape measure to your Best Buy store if you can. This unit is on display in all of the stores in my area. I've attached a photo to show you how I had to use the top shelves for my A/V equipment since the lower ones were about two inches too narrow. (I also had to leave off one side of the backboard to accommodate the connections protruding from the back of my receiver.)
