• yes as long as it’s a new pop socket and adhesive is good quality most phone cases should be suitable

• It should, I use a magnetic sticker on mine for a car mount and the sticker won't come off even if I try! But it depends on the glue the pop socket uses for how well it stays

• Yes, if the back side is sticky, it should be able to stick to any phone case.
