Yes, you can use an 1/8" headphone to RCA adapter cable to connect the HD radio to another amplifier or receiver. This is the setup I currently use at home.

You would need a cable that has the headphone cable on one end, to connect to the HD radio, and the other end of the cable will need to be whatever type of input connection the Bose needs, which could be red/white RCA connections.
