• I believe best buy sell a the convert box for older t.v. I was also looking for a converer box. You can go to the best buy website and search for convert box.

• I am willing to bet they can make you anything you might ever need. I know for a fact, they will provide the item or point you in the right direction! Customer service, the management, sale's associates, and the geek squad have been amazing!!!!!! Just give them a chance and you will see what I mean! I am amazed by Best Buy. They stand by their products and warranty's.

• Yes, Best Buy does sell converter boxes. Insignia sells one that works with the older analog TVs. You can find it by searching for the model number, NS-DXA2, on BestBuy.com.
