• You must use a Bluetooth connection to your device. My daughter 's is an iPad 2.

• i have to reset the ipad bluetooth often....i.e. turn off bluetooth and then turn it back on at the same time i turn off and on the zagg switch....at which point it works fine for me

• Make sure that the keyboard is charged and that it is paired to your tablet. If the number buttons are working then the letter keys should be working. If they are not, please bring the case into Best Buy to the Geek Squad counter with the receipt for warranty evaluation.
