You must use a Bluetooth connection to your device. My daughter 's is an iPad 2.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i have to reset the ipad bluetooth often....i.e. turn off bluetooth and then turn it back on at the same time i turn off and on the zagg switch....at which point it works fine for me

If the number buttons are working then the letter keys should be working. If they are not, please bring the case into Best Buy to the Geek Squad counter with the receipt for warranty evaluation.
