“I have tired using the Laser Lens Cleaner on my SAMSUNG DVD Player but when I insert teh disc I hear no voice instructions whether the TV is on or off. The disc runs from T1 to T8 then goes no further until I forwarded it to T10.”

• I noticed the same thing when I used it. On previous products, there were always spoken instructions/explanations. This one does not provide such; at least mine did not.
