“Just bought this. Took it home, put it in my Blu-ray DVD player. It spun around and than I got the message it could not read the disc. I tried several times and with the same result. The player would not read the disc. It is me or the disc?”

• It is not the disc you need to open up your DVD player and find the two tiny screws where the laser is and get a knife blade and turn it gently or buy a new DVD player

• This disc cleaner won't work on some Blu-Ray players

• If your DVD player is Blu-Ray only, this cleaning disc will not work in it. It states it under the summary/description. If you're not sure which type to buy & you shop in the store, get sales rep. to help you- or if you shop on-line like I do, use the HELP tab or Chat line or click on the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page under Customer Support.
