Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your CD is fully installed should make a click noise also make sure to use spray keep disc wet just lightly if it dries up try second application before rotating twice may need more if heavily damaged

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The disc probably isn’t inserted correctly. I had to try a couple times before it worked. It did not fix the scratches on two movies. I hope you have better luck.
