• Make sure your CD is fully installed should make a click noise also make sure to use spray keep disc wet just lightly if it dries up try second application before rotating twice may need more if heavily damaged

• The one I purchased would not rotate the DVD either. It destroyed the DVD.

• Keep cranking...keep the surface wet...watch closer, the disc moves VERY slow

• The disc probably isn’t inserted correctly. I had to try a couple times before it worked. It did not fix the scratches on two movies. I hope you have better luck.
